We are pleased to announce an exciting change in the DriveTime 401(k) Plan.  Effective October 1, 2008 the plan will be administered by Fidelity Investments.

In order to complete the transition we are required to have a Blackout Period.  During this blackout period the account data and balances will transition to Fidelity.  Because of this, no changes, loans, hardships or distributions will be made during this time.

More information will be released as we transition to Fidelity.  All communications will be posted here in addition to being sent out via e-mail or regular mail.
