Eligible Dependents

Dependents of enrolled DriveTime employees are eligible to participate in the plan but are limited to the following:

- Spouses

- Common-Law Spouses (TX only)

- Children and Step-Children

- Any dependent specified by a Qualified Mandatory Court Support Order

We verify the eligibility of all dependents covered on our Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.

Documentation for all newly covered dependents must be uploaded into Winston Benefits prior to your benefits effective date or your dependents will be removed from coverage. Enrolling an ineligible dependent on your plan could result in termination of your employment.
