Problem Solving at Your Fingertips

You and your family have access to a full range of emotional health services through an employee assistance program (EAP) and mental health and substance abuse (MHSA) benefits.  Services to help with things like:

- Job stress
- Marital or relationship problems
- Alcohol or drug dependence
- Legal issues
- Depression over the loss of a loved one
- Financial worries

On the phone or online, the EAP is available to provide confidential and convenient support.

One resource, many services

Whether the challenge is big or small, we help you find the services, referrals and support to improve life at home and at work.

- EAP counseling - professional counselors are available to provide an objective viewpoint and expert guidance.  You can have on-the-spot advice over the phone or a referral to work with a counselor face-to-face.

- MHSA benefits - service for people working through situations too difficult to handle alone, or serious concerns such as depression, anxiety, or drug or alcohol dependency.
